Part of The Day and Night Landscape Set, a collection celebrating the opposing beauty of day and night colours across the land. This pot captures the moody colours of a night time mountain scene under a deep, night glaze. A perfect piece of functional art to add a handcrafted touch to your space.
 
Each pot is individually wheel thrown from flecked stoneware clay, giving it a rich, speckled texture. The abstract landscape scene has been created and unique to Just Plain Charming. The pot has been glazed by hand, using various, dark colours to reflect a stunning nighttime view featuring the moon and distant ridges.
 
The bottom of the pot is sanded after glaze firing to a smooth texture to be able to use on any surface but due to the groggy nature of the clay care should be taken on delicate surfaces or being close to other items.
 
All stoneware items are individually made on the wheel, fired , glazed by hand and fired again. Due to the handmade nature size, shape and glaze will result in all pieces being unique and one of a kind.
 
Please note: Although designed as a pot all glazes used in this product are food safe and the product itself has been tested appropriately for use with liquid. Tests include such water retention and thermal shock.
